Do I have to update the site myself?
No, and you don't have to decide now. After handover you can either open the CMS and do it yourself (every tier includes a 15-minute walkthrough), or add a monthly Care plan and we do it for you — three tiers: Essential (€45/mo · €450/yr), Growth (€95/mo · €950/yr), Concierge (€195/mo · €1,950/yr). Care plans are optional, start after handover, and cancel with 30 days' notice. No setup fee, no auto-renew traps.
Can I see real examples before booking?
Yes. Open any illustrative concept in the gallery. We adapt the design to your business, or agree a bespoke direction during scope review.
How long does a Starter really take?
Seven calendar days from the day you send us your content — text, photos, logo, business details. If your content isn't ready that's the delay, not our build time. We give you a 1-page content brief template as soon as you book, so there's no guessing what to send.
Do you write the copy?
Pro and Custom include copy for the main pages — home, about, services. You review and tweak. Starter assumes you send 150–300 words of your own. If you want us to write Starter copy too, add €150 — that covers up to 600 words across the single page.
Can I move the site / change the CMS later?
Yes. Pro uses Decap CMS — MIT-licensed, content commits land in your GitHub repo so the source code AND the content are literally yours from day one. Custom uses Payload CMS — MIT, self-hosted on our infra, Postgres-backed, exports cleanly. Both have no monthly platform fee. If you want to move hosts after the included period, it's a standard deploy-anywhere static site plus a content export.
What if I don't like the result?
We build in the open with a preview link every 2–3 days. If you hate the direction by day 3 of a Pro build, we switch styles at no extra cost. Starter ships with 1 revision round included after the first preview; Pro ships with 2. If after that you still want a full rebuild, we either refund or rebuild once more at 50% — you pick.
Do you handle photos and imagery?
We embed yours if you send them. If you don't have any, we source royalty-free from Lummi AI or Unsplash with your sign-off. If you want bespoke illustration or custom photography, that's a Custom-tier scope item — we'll quote it in the €99 audit or the scoping call.
