Care Plans — what's included, what's not
The simple rule
Edits to existing content (text, photos, hours, phone, prices) = included in your monthly plan, up to the time-budget for your tier.
New design work (new pages, new sections, branding, copywriting, photography) = quoted separately at €60/hour, billed only after you write back do it.
We never bill silently. If a request would exceed your monthly budget, we email you BEFORE doing the work and ask which option you prefer.
Essential — €45/month or €450/year (save 2 months)
Included
- Hosting, SSL, DNS, daily backups
- Uptime monitoring (5-minute checks; alert + emailed incident summary if >30 min outage)

- One emailed monthly summary: uptime %, top traffic pages, one suggestion
Out of scope (quoted at €60/hour)
- New pages, new sections
- Net-new design work (new colour scheme, new layout, new components)
- Net-new copywriting (anything beyond fixing what's already written)
- Photography or stock-image curation
- Third-party integration (booking system, payment widget, Mailchimp embed)
- SEO content (blog post, landing page targeting a specific search term)
- Speed/performance optimisation projects (one-off audits OK; multi-day rewrites scoped)
Response SLA
2 business days from email landing in support@callmeie.ie to acknowledgement.
Change-request budget rules
- 30 min/month, no rollover (unused minutes don't bank)

- Quarterly Lighthouse + broken-link scan; fixes shipped within 1 working week
- Quarterly schema/meta SEO sweep
- Google Business Profile sync (hours, photos, posts mirrored from your site)

Change-request budget rules
- 2 hr/month, with 30-minute rollover up to a 4-hour cap

do it/wait until next monthrule for overages - Same 15-minute increment tracking
Concierge — €195/month or €1,950/year (save 2 months)
Includes everything in Growth, plus:
- Unlimited fair-use edits — you forward emails, photos, screenshots; we do the work
- We draft + publish: 2 blog posts per month, all GBP posts, seasonal offers, announcement banners
- Monthly GBP photo refresh (we ask for a new photo each month, or refresh the featured image)
- Contact-form triage: we read every form submission within 1 business day, reply or route to you with notes
- Monthly 20-minute planning call (Google Meet)
- Quarterly accessibility audit (axe-core + manual keyboard-nav check)
- Annual full performance audit + remediation
Fair-use definition (the only "small print")
"Unlimited" means you stop having to count. The soft cap is 6 hours per month rolling 90-day average, with an 8-hour single-month ceiling. If you cross the soft cap two months running, we have a friendly conversation — not a bill — about whether your shape has changed enough to need a custom retainer. We have never asked anyone to upgrade in the first 12 months on Concierge.
Out of scope (quoted at €55/hour — €5/hr Concierge discount on top of the included scope)
- Net-new branding (logo redesign, colour-system overhaul, new typeface licence)
- E-commerce build (Stripe checkout flow, product catalogue) — this is a Custom-tier engagement
- Photography day rate (€350/half-day on the road)
- Custom integration builds (Zapier-style work, third-party API connectors)
Response SLA
Same business day for messages received before 14:00. Next morning otherwise.

- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice; no auto-renew traps
