Chartered physiotherapy in the middle of Kilkenny. An hour with one
physiotherapist, hands–on work paired with exercise, and a clear
plan for what you do between visits. No packages you have to finish.
You’re discharged when you’re fit.
Tell us where it hurts — we’ll pair you with the right physio.
Pick what fits closest. Each option pre–fills your booking request
so we can put you with the clinician who sees your issue most weeks
— you don’t end up explaining the same history twice.
Most of what patients tell us they wanted from a physio in the past
— time, continuity, honesty — sits in the three blocks below.
None of it is clever. It’s just how the practice has always been run.
I
One hour per session.
First appointment is sixty minutes, follow–ups are forty–five.
You get the full time with the physiotherapist — no shared
treatment rooms, no handing you off to an assistant for the
exercise half. One patient, one clinician, one hour.
II
Hands–on plus exercise.
Manual therapy alone wears off. Exercise alone without guidance
often re–injures. Every session pairs the two — hands–on
work to settle tissue, then a small set of exercises (two or three,
not twenty) that you actually do between visits.
III
Discharged when you’re fit.
No block–of–six or block–of–ten packages. You come back
for the sessions you need and stop when the issue is resolved.
Most people finish in three to five visits. If you need only one,
you pay for only one.
03 · Who you’ll see
Two chartered physiotherapists, no rotating locums.
You’re seen by the same physio from first visit to discharge.
Both are members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists
(MISCP) and registered with CORU, the state regulator.

team screens and in–season injury management for panel players
are arranged directly with the club secretary.
