Calendar booking
Reads your Google Calendar in real time. Quotes genuine available slots, respects practitioner-specific diaries, and writes the event back with the caller's name, number, and reason.
Ring +353 61 788 120 to hear an AI receptionist live, then sign up over the same call — Adam can join the line and lock in your setup before you hang up. It answers calls, books appointments, texts back missed callers, and escalates the ones that need a human. Built in Limerick. Live on a real line.

The demo line runs four live examples — dental, motor factors, salon, solicitor. Ring the number, say which type of business you want to hear, and you'll be put through to that demo receptionist. What you experience is exactly what your customers would hear — except configured for your business, your name, your calendar. The live line is +353 61 788 120 — answered 24/7.
The demo shows four example businesses. Each has its own AI receptionist configured for that vertical — its own name, its own knowledge base, its own booking rules. When you ring, a brief qualifier routes you to whichever demo you want to hear.
What you actually buy is one of these, built for you. Your receptionist answers with your business name, knows your calendar, quotes your prices, and handles your most common questions. The four demo verticals are samples, not the product list.
After each demo call: a wrap-up text lands on the caller's phone. That's part of the product — every real call gets a confirmation or a callback prompt within sixty seconds.
Six disciplines done by one system, tuned per-vertical. Not a chatbot dressed up as a phone — a receptionist that happens to be software.
Reads your Google Calendar in real time. Quotes genuine available slots, respects practitioner-specific diaries, and writes the event back with the caller's name, number, and reason.
Every missed call triggers an SMS within sixty seconds — offering to book, answer a question, or send the caller back to voicemail if that is what they want. No lead goes cold.
Dental pain, motor breakdown, legal urgency — the AI recognises the tone and either triages for severity or forwards straight to the owner's mobile. No "press 9 for reception" voicemail tree.
For motor factors and retail: live inventory lookups answered on the call. Part number, fit, price, availability, delivery window. No "I'll get someone to ring you back."
Honest answers to "are you open tomorrow?" including Irish bank holidays, half-days, seasonal hours, and the annual Christmas shutdown the old voicemail never remembered to update.
Every Monday: a plain email — calls handled, bookings made, calls escalated, common questions asked. Enough signal to see whether this is earning its keep. No dashboards to log into.
These are the four live demo examples — not a product menu. Each is a fully-configured AI receptionist for a fictional Irish business. Ring the live line, say the vertical, and you'll hear exactly what your customers would hear if you were one of these businesses. Your own setup would be the same depth, configured for your specific calendar, pricing, and questions.
The dental AI books new-patient exams, emergency pain slots, hygienist appointments, and follow-up checks. It knows the four Irish private insurers — VHI, Laya, Irish Life, Aviva — and can explain what each plan typically covers without quoting specific benefit figures it hasn't been shown.
It knows the PRSI Treatment Benefit: a free annual exam plus a €15 scale and polish for PAYE workers with enough contributions. It checks medical card eligibility before booking, and it triages dental pain by asking three short questions about severity and duration.
The motor factors AI checks stock by part number or by reg + year + model. It quotes current price, confirms delivery-run availability for that afternoon, and handles account-customer queries versus walk-in pricing.
It can source parts from main-factor catalogues when a SKU isn't in local stock, note the lead time, and ring the customer back when it lands — without any human lifting the phone in between. Unusual request? It takes the reg, the customer's number, and queues an owner callback by SMS.
The salon AI books stylist-specific appointments — "Aoife on a Saturday" is not the same as "anyone on a Saturday". It knows service durations down to the quarter-hour (cut & blow-dry 45m, full head of highlights 2h15m, balayage 3h), and it takes a deposit on the phone for services over ninety minutes.
No-show recovery is built-in: a polite SMS at the 24-hour mark, a second at two hours, and the AI re-fills the slot from the waiting list if the confirmation doesn't come back. The stylist's day stays full without anyone chasing by hand.
The solicitor AI handles first-contact intake for property, family, probate, and litigation matters. It takes the caller's name, the broad nature of the matter, the other party's name if relevant, and runs a conflict check against the firm's client list before offering to book a first consultation.
If there's a conflict, it says so politely and doesn't take any further detail. If there's no conflict, it books the first-appointment slot and emails the intake form. Confidentiality-compliant by design: it never transmits case detail over SMS, only meeting-logistics messages.
The four demo verticals show the depth of configuration possible. What you purchase is a single AI receptionist, trained on your business — your name, your hours, your calendar, your prices, your most common questions. Dental and motor factors and salon are examples. You bring your business and we configure one around it. Onboarded in five working days.
Out-on-job voicemail replaced with a live answering service. Quotes requested, job sheets captured, emergency call-outs triaged. Customer doesn't wait for a callback between pipe repairs.
Routine bookings, emergency triage (distressed owner recognised), prescription refills, post-op follow-up calls. Out-of-hours emergencies route straight to the duty vet's mobile.
New-patient intake, insurance-compliance check (VHI / Laya / Irish Life), pay-per-visit pricing. Typical 6-8 week course booking flow baked in.
Eye test bookings with PRSI benefit aware, frame-collection calls, contact-lens reorders, hearing-test bookings with HSE medical-card check for over-70s.
Table reservations, private-dining enquiries, allergen questions with the kitchen's actual answer (never guessed), large-group bookings forwarded to the manager.
Tell us the five most common questions your customers ask. Tell us what you need captured when you're not available. We configure the prompt, the diary integration, and the routing. You go live within a week.
Every Irish SME takes calls that cost money when missed. Ring the live line, describe your business, and we'll scope a setup in under a week. No obligation — first consultation free, sign-up over the same call if it's a fit.
Month-to-month on Starter and Professional. Three-month minimum on Growth, because that tier includes integration work we do by hand. Setup fee one-time, transparent, billed before go-live.
Multi-location franchises, custom integrations (PMS, CRM, ERP), white-glove setup, named engineer, SLA in writing. Quoted on scope.
Not hype. Just the maths for an Irish SME weighing a part-time human receptionist against CallMeIE. Figures reflect published Irish payroll ranges for a part-time front-desk hire in 2026.
25 hours a week at typical Irish front-desk rates, plus Employer PRSI and pension auto-enrolment — the real cost is higher than the hourly rate on the offer letter.
Covers 25 hours a week. Nights, weekends, lunch breaks, sick days — not covered. Public holidays at double-time.
The AI receptionist answers 24/7 with no PRSI, no holiday pay, no sick days, no lunch. It handles every call, every hour, every day — including Christmas.
About one-tenth the cost and roughly four times the coverage hours. Not a replacement for judgement — a complement that escalates to a human when judgement is actually needed.
Generic AI receptionists fail on the specifics. Medical cards, PRSI benefits, Irish insurers, bank holidays, regional accents. CallMeIE is tuned for each.
I built CallMeIE because Irish small businesses deserve better than voicemail. A dental practice losing a new patient because the line rang out at lunchtime is not a fluke — it is the quiet, daily arithmetic of a receptionist-less front desk. This is the honest alternative: a system that answers in an Irish accent, knows the local specifics, and hands off to a human the moment the call actually needs one. Operated from Limerick. Priced so a single-chair practice can justify it without a spreadsheet. No lock-in, no minimum seat counts, no selling of caller data.
Written as they are asked. Answered honestly — including where the system is not the right fit.
It escalates. The moment the AI detects uncertainty — an unusual request, a confused caller, an angry tone, a missing fact — it transfers the call straight to you: the owner's mobile rings directly with the caller still on the line, and an SMS summary of the call lands on that mobile at the same time.
If the owner doesn't pick up, the AI apologises politely and takes a callback number, not a voicemail. The owner then has everything needed to return the call in context.
Yes. Claire speaks in an Irish accent (Leinster-neutral by default; a Munster variant is available for Limerick and Cork practices). More importantly she understands Irish accents — the AI is tested against real caller recordings from Munster, Ulster, Leinster, and Connacht.
If a specific caller is ever misheard, the transcript is logged, and the recognition model is re-tuned against that recording. This happens weekly, not once at launch.
Available on request for Gaeltacht-area businesses. The underlying voice stack (ElevenLabs + Whisper) supports Gaeilge, so Claire can be configured to greet, take bookings, and leave voicemails entirely as Gaeilge — or in a bilingual "Dia duit / Hello, Claire speaking" handover pattern if the business serves both language communities.
This is a per-client configuration, not the default. If you operate in Gaeltacht na nDéise, Conamara, Gaoth Dobhair, Corca Dhuibhne, or any other Gaeltacht region, mention it when onboarding and we'll tune the voice, greetings, and routing to match.
Yes. We don't take your number; we sit behind it. You set call forwarding on busy and no-answer (and optionally after-hours) from your existing line to a CallMeIE number — standard Irish carrier features. Your customers still ring the number printed on the van or the shopfront.
If you prefer full routing through CallMeIE, we can port the number across as part of Growth or Enterprise setup — that takes about ten working days through ComReg.
Honest answer: our server is on Render, and Render occasionally does cold-starts — typically around five seconds after a long idle period. During those five seconds, the call falls through to your mobile directly via a Twilio fallback rule. The caller never hears dead air.
In the rare case of a full Render outage, Twilio fallback keeps your existing phone ringing as if CallMeIE wasn't there. Nothing gets worse than the old behaviour; it just stops getting better for the length of the outage.
Call audio is retained for 30 days for transcription and quality purposes, then deleted. Transcripts (text only) are retained 90 days for your weekly reports and for model improvement, then deleted.
A caller can request erasure at any time — email hello@callmeie.ie and we purge that caller's number and associated recordings within 72 hours. We do not sell, share, or reuse call data for anything other than running your service.
Data Processing Agreement available on request for Growth and Enterprise clients; standard processor terms included with Starter and Professional.
Starter and Professional are month-to-month. Cancel any time before the next billing date by email; your setup fee is not refundable once go-live has happened, but there is no further charge.
Growth has a three-month minimum, because that tier involves integration work (knowledge base build, inventory sync wiring, custom routing) that is non-trivial to unwind. After the initial three months, Growth is also month-to-month.
Takes about ninety seconds. You'll get a real call from a real CallMeIE instance in receptionist mode. Try to confuse it.
