What happens next

Five working days from form submit to live answering. The owner phones you on day one.

  1. Day 01 · 24h Intake review We read every answer. The owner rings you to confirm tone, hours, and anything missing.
  2. Day 02 · Voice Voice tuning We build your receptionist — accent, pacing, phrasing, and your specific services.
  3. Day 03 · Test Live call test with you You ring a test line. We iterate on anything that sounds off. Sign-off when it's right.
  4. Day 04–05 Number forwarding setup We wire Twilio, set your forwarding rules, and go live. Your existing number keeps working.
§ 04 — Disclosure

Before you submit

GDPR. Your details and your callers' details are kept only for operating your service. Call audio is retained 30 days and then deleted; transcripts are retained 90 days for your reports. You or any caller can request erasure at any time by emailing hello@callmeie.ie, and we purge within 72 hours. We never sell or share data with third parties.

Irish call-recording law. Under Irish law, callers must be informed that a call may be recorded or processed. Every CallMeIE instance opens with a short disclosure — we handle this for you, so your greeting stays compliant without feeling legal.

Our commitment. We personally phone every onboarding within 24 hours of form submission. No account manager middleman. The person who rings you is the person who builds your receptionist.
