CallMe.ie provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking service for Irish businesses. Features include automated call handling, voicemail transcription, and calendar integration.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
6. Fees and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in Euros and are non-refundable unless required by Irish consumer law. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software associated with CallMe.ie remain the property of CallMe.ie. You retain ownership of your business data processed through the Service.
8. Data Processing
We process call recordings and transcripts solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data in accordance with GDPR.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallMe.ie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
